Shipping costs
Our shipping and handling fee per order for delivery within Germany with destination on the mainland is: 3,50 €.

From an order value of 50 € we deliver free of charge within Germany (German islands excluded). The return shipment is also free of charge for orders over 50 €.

Return conditions
If you order from Germany and keep goods with a value of at least 50€, we will cover the return shipping costs completely. If the value of the goods is less, or if you order from abroad, you have to pay the costs for the return shipment yourself.

Tip: Free returns with PayPal! If you have paid the order via PayPal, PayPal might take over your return shipping costs.

Place of delivery
We supply the German mainland and the German islands as well as the EU countries listed under 'Delivery abroad'.

Surcharges for island
For deliveries to the North and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland as well as the Islands of Hiddensee and Chiemsee there is an island surcharge of 12 €, which is also due for orders over 50 €.

We ship by DPD.

Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.

If you wish to have a delivery to another country, please contact us via the contact form. We will then try to make a delivery to this country possible.

Shipping on the day of order
If you place your order before 12 o'clock (does not apply on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays), your order usually leaves our warehouse on the same day.

That's why there is no reason for us to offer express delivery and to charge you extra fees.
